Lead Pastor


Molly Conaway has been part of the Crossings community since it launched in 2007, on staff since 2010, and became the Lead Pastor in January 2021. Her family includes her husband, Benjamin and their twins, Titus and Cana. Molly graduated with a degree in ESL Education from Johnson University, and an MDiv from Lipscomb University. Molly is a trained spiritual director and together with her family and neighbors, manages a community garden in North Knoxville.

Teaching Pastor


Caleb has been a part of the Crossings community since 2011 and joined the staff as Teaching Pastor in 2021. He and his spouse Kristi have two daughters, Harvie and Ellie. Caleb graduated from Johnson University with a degree in Preaching and Leadership in 2011 and holds an MA and PhD in Jewish Studies and Hebrew Bible from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati, Ohio. Hobbies include Cincinnati sports teams, the Vols, running, reading, and golf.

Children & Family Pastor


Rebecca has been at Crossings for 10 years and joined Crossings staff in November 2023. She and her husband Michael have a 2-year-old daughter, Posy, and a 4-year-old son, Jarvis. Rebecca graduated from Union University with her Bachelors in Social Work and from UT Knoxville with her Masters of Science in Social Work. For the past 11 years, Rebecca worked in community mental health/social work seeking to preserve and reunite families while providing emotional, behavioral, and mental stability to the youth in their care.

Student Pastor

Austin Greco

Austin joined Crossing staff in June 2022 in a part-time capacity as the StuCo (Student Community) Pastor. Austin, his wife Maria, and their son Killion recently moved back to Knoxville from Pennsylvania.

Music/Worship Pastor

Thomas Smith

Thomas was welcomed back to staff at Crossings in April 2023 to lead the musical worship for our Sunday gatherings. Thomas graduated from Bryan College with a degree in Contemporary Music and received a Post-Production audio degree from Full Sail University. He and his wife Amanda welcomed their daughter, Saoirse, in 2022 and recently started a band called Evening Boxer.
